#26.41 - One Email Composer and Availability-Checked Order Status Changes

Every email you send by hand from an order now opens in a single full-screen composer. Documents, invoices, receipts and payment reminders all start from the same place: you pick who receives it, tick exactly which files to attach, edit the subject and body for that one send, and see a live preview for each recipient before anything leaves. You can copy yourself in with a single You row, and the choice is remembered next time. The timeline keeps the email that was actually sent, so you can open a delivery entry and read the exact message your customer received. Which action a given button opens with is now yours to set: each email action can be marked Off, Available or Default at each place it appears on the order.
Order statuses now follow one consistent set of rules, and an order can only start counting toward capacity when every booking on it still has room. Moving an order out of Draft or Cancelled opens a new status dialog that shows the availability of each booking, names any that are short, and blocks the move until it's resolved. Overbooking is still possible where a product allows it, but only with an explicit acknowledgment that is recorded on the timeline. Cancelling happens in the same dialog, with the settlement, optional reason and cancellation fee laid out in one ledger. Payment status decides whether a paid order lands on Pending or Confirmed, and a card payment that arrives when places have sold out leaves the order in Draft with the payment recorded and the shortfall spelled out, instead of quietly overselling.
Two changes make money and mailing easier. The Link to Payments and Balance Due blocks can now suggest a specific participant and amount, so each traveller on a shared order can open a payment page already filled in with their own share — and since deposits are now offered as a suggestion rather than enforced as a minimum, payers can split a deposit across several cards. The trip's Send email to participants panel has also been rebuilt to match the order composer, with the same layout, preview and confirmation before discarding edits, plus the ability to send a copy to yourself or any address so you can try an email before it reaches anyone.
Elsewhere, a new My Settings page, opened from the gear beside your name in the sidebar, lets you set your display name and decide whether you're automatically assigned to the orders, trips and groups you create. Supplier lists can be restricted to chosen people: a new list starts visible only to you, and the access chip in the toolbar lets you add colleagues or open it to everyone. Trips can be taken on or off sale from the trip header, and the trips list now opens on active, upcoming trips sorted by departure, with Status and Departure filters and dynamic trips placed by their next scheduled departure. Logos can sit on a configurable backdrop colour set per workspace and overridden per segment.
Also improved: seats picked on a draft order no longer block other bookings and are checked when the order leaves Draft, Amadeus PNRs can be re-parsed from the PNR page, the order overview PDF now rebuilds whenever something printed on it changes, the Invoices tab counter updates the moment an invoice is issued, and payment attention items now open the Payment Reminder action directly.
