The trip products page now features collapsible groups, so you can focus on what you're actively working with without distraction. When copying trips, all product variants and settings are now preserved perfectly, saving you from manual reconfiguration.

Order management has become more intelligent. The system now alerts you when entering a client email that already exists, preventing duplicate entries. You can designate primary participants who automatically receive order communications alongside clients. We've also introduced flexible discount options with both fixed amounts and dynamic percentages that automatically recalculate when orders change.

Behind the scenes, we've migrated to a more reliable event processing system using Redis Streams, ensuring your automated actions and webhooks process more consistently. External integrations now have greater flexibility in how they communicate with the platform, supporting multiple HTTP methods for better compatibility with various providers.

We've completed a major platform consolidation that makes your Itsy experience faster and more reliable. By removing over 5,900 lines of obsolete code and consolidating our infrastructure from multiple cloud services into a streamlined architecture, we've reduced complexity while improving performance.
