#25.37 - Smarter Orders, Stronger Systems

Happy Friday, everyone! These past two weeks have been all about strengthening Itsy’s foundation while polishing up the details you see every day. Between some tricky bug hunts and a few exciting updates, I’m happy to share what’s new.
The star of this cycle is a new status for orders created through the public booking process. This makes it easier for agencies to track bookings right from the moment they’re placed, bringing more clarity and confidence to the workflow. A small change on the surface, but a big win for order management.
I’ve also given parts of the UI a fresh coat of paint. You’ll notice a more consistent top header, improved participant assignments, and smoother invoicing interactions. On top of that, notification triggers are now fully wired into the interface thanks to the new trigger system—so staying on top of updates feels effortless.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been chasing down memory leaks in the Google Cloud environment (they won’t be missed!) and adding resilience to internal operations. These kinds of improvements might not be flashy, but they mean a more stable, reliable platform you can count on when things get busy.
